• More than 30 days before departure: 10% of the total package cost. • 21 to 30 days before departure: 25% of the total package cost. • 11 to 20 days before departure: 50% of the total package cost. • 10 days or less before departure: 100% of the total package cost. • No refund for unused services, no-shows, or early departure. • Any non-refundable bookings such as flights, permits, cable car tickets or special event tickets will be charged in addition to the above cancellation charges. • Refunds, wherever applicable, will be processed within 15 working days after receipt of a written cancellation request.
