Ayodhya Package – 5 Nights / 6 Days – Ex Varanasi Airport

Day 1 Welcome to Kashi – Mahadev Ki Nagri

Welcome to Kashi Dharma Nagri. Meet our representative at the airport/railway station & get transferred to your pre-booked Hotel. Rest for a while and in the evening, get ready to experience the Evening Ganga Aarti Ceremony at Dashashwamedh Ghat (Aarti can be pre-booked at an additional cost). Get a glimpse of the spiritualism at the Ganga Ghats (riverfront). Enjoy the Ganga Aarti on Boat old city tour, various ghats of Varanasi like Manikarnika, Panchganga ghat, Harishchandra ghat etc (optional and by own cost). Stay at a hotel in Varanasi at night.

Note – Aarti at Varanasi is to be paid and you can book directly or pre-book with us, you will sit on the boat and witness the aarti at the Ghat.

Day 2 Varanasi Sightseeing

Early in the morning, we will be taken for a boat ride on the Ganges (at an additional cost). Experience as you watch people offering water to the Sun God and devotees taking a holy dip in the famous Ghats of Varanasi via boat (optional by own cost). Later visit the most religious Kashi Vishwanath Temple, Annapurna Temple, the Bharat Mata temple, and Sankat Mochan (Hanuman temple). Return to the hotel for breakfast.

Later proceed for day trip to Sarnath. Sarnath is the place where Buddha delivered his first sermon. The main attractions at Sarnath are the Buddha temples, the Dhamekha stupa, Chaukhandi stupa and the Archaeological Museum. Overnight in Varanasi.

Note – Mangla Darshan at Shri Kashi Vishwanath is also paid and needs to be pre-booked. The timings for the rituals at Vishwanath are:

Day 3 Varanasi – Prayagraj (120 Kms – 3 Hrs)

After breakfast, check out and drive to Prayagraj to see the Sangam (Meeting point) of the three rivers - Ganga, Yamuna & Saraswati. At the point at which the brown Ganges meets the greenish Yamuna, pandas (priests) perch on small platforms to perform puja and assist the devout in their ritual ablutions in the shallow waters. (Priest & boat charges on direct payment basis)

Covers other spots in Allahabad like Hanuman Temple, Anand Bhavan - one of the country's best-running museums in memory of Jawahar Lal Nehru, and Swaraj Bhawan - the house where the former Prime Minister of India Mrs. Indira Gandhi was born. Overnight stay in Prayagraj.

Day 4 Prayagraj to Chitrakoot – Day Excursion (128 Km – 3 hrs 20 mins)

After breakfast at the hotel, leave for a day trip to Chitrakoot. Chitrakoot is 3 Hrs from Prayagraj. Lord Rama along with Sita Ji & Lakshman Ji during his exile spent 11 years out of 14 years in Chitrakoot.

Ram Ghat is a long stretch of steps made on the bank of Mandakini River. Hanuman Dhara is a great shrine dedicated to Lord Hanuman, in one of the wooded hills of Chitrakoot. Kamadgiri, a forested mountain, is of prime religious importance in Chitrakoot District. As per legends, Lord Brahma performed havan here, with 108 fire pits, before creating the universe.

Gupt Godavari is a cavern located at a distance of 19 km south of Ram Ghat. As per the legend, the Godavari River emerging as a perennial stream from the rocks deep inside this cave, flows down to another cave below and then disappears.

In the evening, drive back to the hotel in Prayagraj and have a peaceful overnight stay.

Day 5 Prayagraj – Ayodhya (170 Kms – 4:30 Hrs)

After breakfast, check out and drive to Ayodhya – The Land of Lord Rama. Check into pre-booked hotel & then leave for sightseeing of Ayodhya - visit Ram Janam Bhumi and take a bath in holy Saryu River, visit Hanuman Garhi, Kanak Bhavan, Tulsi Smarak Bhawan, Sita Ki Rasoi.

Remnants of Hinduism, Buddhism, Jainism and Islam can still be found in Ayodhya. According to Jain belief, Tirthankaras were born at Ayodhya, including Adinath (Rishabhadeva), the 1st tirthankara. Overnight stay in Ayodhya.

Day 6 Ayodhya / Varanasi – Departure

After breakfast, check from the hotel & leave for Varanasi Airport / Railway Station. Bid farewell to Ayodhya / Varanasi and cherish the memories of your spiritual journey.

Booking Process

1. Kindly deposit 50% to confirm the package & generate confirmation number
2. Once you make the payment send us the deposit slip along with guests arrival & departure details and I-card to issue the tickets. (I card only if tickets need to be issued)
3. Tickets shall be issued instantly once we receive the payment. (Helicopter tickets shall be mailed to you on the date committed by us)
4. Hotel Confirmation vouchers shall be given to you upon receipt of 100% payment.
5. Driver details shall be given to you 1 day prior to your arrival date by evening 07:00 P.M.

Payment Terms

50% advance payment to be deposited at the time of booking confirmation and rest amount 15 days prior to check-in date. We shall release the booking without prior intimation if payment not received as hotels booking is released D-15 in case payment is not made. Full payment in form of BANK TRANSFER / CHEQUE / BANK DEPOSIT, for those whose travel falls within D-15. Kindly share your GSTIN Certificate (if any) in advance to raise the bills accordingly, as any amendment in the invoice will not be possible once it is generated.

SMILING TRIPS & HOLIDAYS PRIVATE LIMITED does not have a policy of dealing in credit. For availing the service, full & final payment has to be released into the account before the arrival of the guest.

In case the Full payment is not realized into our account 10 Days prior to arrival; the booking will be cancelled without any intimation / notice. Refund after charging cancellation, arising due to such happening will be returned through bank transfer / cheque / bank deposits within 7 working days.

DO NOT deposit any CASH into our bank account directly without our approval.

All cancellations are to be communicated in writing. Cancellation policy will be applicable ON FULL TOUR PRICE (transport, hotels & other services), regardless of whether any Flight / Train cancellation has affected the operation of the Tours.

INR 2000/- per person will be charged as a cancellation fee, as we have put in efforts in tour planning and bookings. If you do not want a refund, then it will be adjusted in future bookings.

Cancellation Timeline & Charges:

32+ Days prior: 10% of tour cost
31–26 Days prior: 25% of total tour cost
25–16 Days prior: 50% of total tour cost
15–08 Days prior: 75% of total tour cost
07–00 Days prior: 100% of total tour cost

Refunds

Refunds against Amendment and Cancellations will be paid directly to the source through whom the tour is booked. It would take at least 07 working days to process such a refund. However, there is NO REFUND for any unutilized services example: Meals, entrance fee, optional, hotel, sightseeing, transportation (surface / air). All refunds made will be in INR (Indian Rupees).
