• No retention
  charge: Cancellation within 30 Days prior to the arrival date of the tour
  packages / Hotel Booking / Transportation.
• 50 %
  retention          :
  Cancellation within 15 Days prior to the arrival date of the tour packages
  / Hotel Booking / Transportation.
• 100 %
  Retention       : Cancellation within 10
  Days prior to the arrival date of the tour packages / Hotel Booking /
  Transportation or Non utilization of the same.
• During Diwali
  and Christmas period within 30 days prior to the arrival date of the tour
  packages / Hotel Booking / Transportation: no retention After that full
  retention.
• There will be
  no retention charges for Hotel Bookings/Transportation if cancellation is
  done within 40 days prior to arrival of guests. After that 100% retention.
  This Cancellation Policy will be applicable only during Diwali and
  Christmas Periods for the groups.

Sightseeing will be according to time and weather condition.

•               
After 7PM if vehicle is required will be additional payment that too inform as
in advance

Any other extra sightseeing other than mentioned in the itinerary will be an
additional payment

Pickup Timing:

Standard pickup will be from 5:30 AM onwards.

2. Last Day Drop:

On the last day, only a one-time drop will be provided (no sightseeing).

The drop service will be available until 6:00 PM.
